To book online, just choose your film and time from the website. Then simply select your ticket options, check your seats and follow the payment instructions. Show your confirmation email on your phone to skip the queues.
If you prefer to book in person, just pop in to the cinema, on the day or in advance, and book your tickets with a member of staff.
How do I choose my seats when booking online?
You’ll automatically be allocated seats when you book. To change them, just click on the allocated seats to cancel them and click where you’d prefer to sit.
I booked online and now I can't make it. Can I change my tickets?
We’re happy to offer an alternative screening at the same price. But unfortunately, we can't change Wednesday afternoon tickets to a Saturday, because the pricing is different. Just give us a call to change your tickets – all we need is your booking reference. To collect your new tickets, just use the same booking reference when you arrive at the cinema.
I accidentally put in the wrong email address and now I haven't got my confirmation email.
No problem – we can search for your booking by name and phone number. If you let us know ahead of time, we can also give you your booking reference number so you can collect your tickets when you arrive.
I haven't got a printer. How do I use my online tickets?
You can either print your tickets at the ATM in the foyer, or give your details to a member of staff. You can also show your confirmation email on your phone – saves the environment.
